Program Guide


Our state of the art equipment is a breeze to use! We offer a variety of Cardiovascular equipment such as treadmills, ellipticals, stationery and upright bikes, stair steppers, Expresso bikes, a rowing machine, and Cybex ARC trainers.

Our strength training equipment includes a variety of single-station strength machines, a cable crossover, Olympic benches, incline leg press, smith machine, dumbbells, TRX Suspension Training, and kettlebells.

With two full size gymnasiums Pine Community Center is an excellent venue for your next game of basketball or to let the kids play while you workout. We also offer a perfect place to walk or run with a 1/13 mile, temperature controlled indoor track. Finally, our clean, convenient, and comfortable locker rooms offer spacious dressing areas and lockers, showers, a vanity with mirror, and restrooms.

New! Ultimate Boot Camp
Ages 16+
This new small group training program will super charge your workout! We'll use the TRX Suspension Trainers, battle ropes (heavy ropes) and the Step360 to train strength, explosiveness, core stabilization and metabolic endurance. This class is designed for intermediate to advanced participants.
Dates: Tuesday's, 2/28 - 3/28
             Wednesday's, 3/1 - 3/29
             Thursday's, 3/2 - 3/30
Times: Tuesday's 9:30 - 10:30am
             Wednesday's 6:15 - 7:15pm
             Thursday's 6:00 - 7:00pm
Fee: VIP $16.00 (one day per week)/$32.00 (two days per week)
         Member: $32.00 (one day per week)/$64.00 (two days per week)
         Non-Member: $40.00 (one day per week)/$80.00 (two days per week)

Ages 13+
Push your limits with heavy weights, plyometrics, progressions & more! Classes are led by certified personal trainers, optional fitness/body composition assessment pre&post program and weekly nutrition tips.
