Group Fitness Class Information 

Our variety of fitness classes are designed to meet the needs for participants of all fitness levels. Whether you're interested in a hard-core strength workout, a relaxing Yoga class or a kick butt cardio workout, we have the class for you! Our qualified instructors create classes that are fun, motivating, and challenging. Our variety of class days and times are designed to meet the needs of your busy schedule.

Group Fitness Age Restrictions

All group fitness classes are geared for individuals 13 years and older,  unless otherwise denoted in the description.

Fit Camp

Take your fitness to the next level! Join us for Fit Camp every Monday through Friday. Each day will be a different training focus - from upper body, lower body, functional training, endurance, plyometrics and more!

Session 2: February 17 - March 27
Session 3: March 30 - May 8

Tires & Ropes

Take your fitness to the next level with this fun and challenging class utilizing tires, battle ropes and more! Battle ropes are an excellent fitness tool that combine high-calorie fat burning and muscle-building strength exercises. Tires will challenge you in new ways as we flip, push, carry and more.

Lunch Crunch

Get a fat-blasting, muscle - building total body workout during your lunch break! This quick pace, high energy class will have your working hard and seeing results! All fitness levels welcome!

Pittsburgh Marathon Training

Planning to run the Pittsburgh Marathon or Half Marathon?! Train with us!

Program Includes:
1 Speed Workout / 1 Tempo/Hill workout / 1 Long Run and a customized weekly training plan, workouts to follow and training tips, motivation and support! 

Program Dates: January 18 - April 30
Days/Time: Monday/Tuesday/Thursday 7:30 - 8:30 am
Fees: VIP $30 / Member $40 / Non-Member $50

Golf Camp

Get stronger during this off season! This small group training is focused on strengthening & stretching all the key muscles used during your golf game

Program Dates: February 6 - March 12
Days/Times: Thursdays, 6:30 - 7:15 pm
Fees: VIP $24 / Member $30 / Non-Member $36

Pittsburgh Marathon Training

March Meltdown

Join a team and compete against the others! See who can lose the greatest percentage of body weight. Each team will be coached by a certified personal trainer

Summer Six Pack

Get your body ready for Summer with our Summer Six Pack small group training! Each 30-minute workout will focus on abs, glutes and low back for a total care workout!
