Pickleball
Co-ed Pickleball that is designed for all experience levels.
Dates: Every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday
Times:
Tuesday: 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm
Thursday: 12:30 - 2:30 pm
Sunday: 10:30 am - 12:30 pm
Fee: Members ONLY
Maximum Players: 16 players (first come, first serve)

How to Create your PunchPass Account
To register for Group Fitness Classes, Open Gym Time or Pickleball, you will need to create a PunchPass account.
To create your PunchPass account:
1. Go to PunchPass Homepage
2. Click Icon "Create Account"
3. Use Email that is associated with your Pine Community Center Membership
4. Follow Instructions provided by PunchPass
- When you click "create account", you’ll receive an email & will be prompted to set up a password.
5. Confirm PunchPass Account
6. Reserve spot for fitness classes, open gym or pickleball
**Reservations will open 48 hours in advance of scheduled class or open gym time.**

We are a SilverSneakers®, Silver and Fit® participating location! We offer a variety of fitness classes and programs for active older adults including:

Zumba® Gold
If you do not have SilverSneakers® or Silver and Fit® certain other health plans may provide reimbursement for you fitness center membership as well. Contact your insurance company for more information.

Delay the Disease
Delay the Disease is a program designed to empower people with Parkinson’s disease by optimizing their physical function and helping to delay the progression of their symptoms. Exercise has been shown to improve self-confidence and independence, decrease risk of falls, minimize fatigue and improve mobility. This program is geared specifically to counteract the movement challenges experiences by people with Parkinson’s.

Senior Luncheon
The Pine Community Center welcomes all seniors to our luncheons. Bring your favorite dish, enjoy great food, great company and games like bingo or cards!
Pre-Registration at the Pine Community Center is required.

Active Aging
Get stronger and healthier and decrease your chance of disease with these new fitness classes! These classes are more advanced than a SilverSneakers(R) class designed for those looking for a new challenge!
Classes begin the week of January 6th
Functional Cardio + Core
Get your heart pumping and blood flowing with this low-impact cardio class designed for advanced seniors. Class will end with core work on the mat. **Must be able to get up and down from the floor
Day: Tuesdays
Time: 10:30 - 11:15 am
Fees: VIP Free / Member $8 / Non-Member $10
Functional Strength
A total body strength class with a focus on functional movements. Expect to use a mix of different equipment and every muscle in your body!
Day: Thursdays
Time: 9:30 - 10:15 am
Fees: VIP Free / Member $8 / Non-Member $10
Functional Walk
Make your walk a total body workout! Class will consist of walking intervals, functional movements, strength training exercises and more! Improve your endurance, strength and coordination.
Day: Fridays
