How to use the Township’s Glass Recycling Bin
- Utilize the Township’s new program available to residents and visitors!
- Save glass bottles, jars, and jugs of any color (remember - you don’t need to wash the glass or remove lids or labels)
- Take your saved glass to the blue recycling bin in the Township Building parking lot (230 Pearce Mill Rd., Wexford, PA) *the bin is open 24/7, 365 days a year
- Carefully place the glass inside the bin - if you need to clean up, utilize the hand broom and dust pan provided on the side of the bin
- You’re done!
- Enjoy your day, and save your glass to continue recycling!

- The bins will be open 24/7, 365 days a year.
- You don’t need to be a Pine resident to recycle glass in our bin – everyone is welcome to recycle here!
- If you accidentally break glass, please utilize the hand broom and dustpan hanging on the side of the bin.
- Please only recycle glass in the bin. Although labels and lids don’t need to be removed, as they’re also recycled, we ask that you refrain from dumping other materials in or around the bin.
- Township security cameras monitor the site, and internal cameras and sensors monitor the bins.
