Bosu & Battle Rope Small Group Training

Take your fitness to the next level with this fun and challenging class utilizing battle ropes and BOSUs. Battle ropes are an excellent fitness tool that combine high-calorie fat burning and muscle-building strength exercises. The BOSU™ (acronym for both sides up) will challenge your core strength, balance, coordination, and more!

Looking to lose some weight before the holidays? Let us help you! Our Biggest Loser Weight Loss program will provide all the tools you need to reach your goals. Receive nutrition coaching, group workouts and discussions, food prep workshops, and more!
