Forest Therapy

Forest Therapy Walks PCC Happenings

Forest Therapy

Forest Therapy is an immersive experience where you take in sights, sounds and smells of nature. Walks are less than a half mile, focused on slowing down and fully experiencing in your own way what the forest has to offer. It has been scientifically documented that Forest Therapy may reduce stress, improve mental clarity and boost immune function.

"The forest is the therapist. The guide opens the doors."
- Motto of the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy
